Dear St Helens Metropolitan Borough Council,
I've received a response to my FOI request, reference 8470-6787-0120-3835.
Unfortunately I cannot view any details at all to see what the response is. I don't know why but there is no way for me to access this data.
There are two links given, one which prompted me to log in and the second which gives a "cannot open database" error. Is there anyway that you can rectify this so that I may see how the Council has responded?
I did create an account but that did not remedy the situation.
Yours faithfully,
Natalie Muir

first answer.

obtain a copy of the order and plan for the same.

name advertised on the 27th April 2023: St Helens Public Right of Way 201

if this order has been progressed or rescinded.
The new order replaces the previous order of 27th April 2023. The order
was had to be re-advertised due to an error. I trust the above information
will be of assistance."
