Notices, the Authority’s response is as follows:

1) Can you please confirm where if online and which newspaper(S) you
advertise all your public notice, including planning TROS Path Diversion
to name a few.

Notices for Temporary Traffic Regulations Orders relating to PRoW and
Public Path Orders are advertised at the following Authority's sites:
The Pavilions, Cambrian Park, Clydach Vale, Tonypandy CF40 2XX.
Sardis House, Sardis Road, Pontypridd CF37 1DU.
Also, these are published in the Western Mail and occasionally in the
Rhondda Leader, Cynon Leader or Pontypridd Observer.

2) If your enforcement register is available online and if not ascertain
how many planning enforcement notices(all) were served in 2016/17 and
details of references and addresses.

3) If your TROS are available online and if not do you have a list of
consultees.

With regard to the Authority's permanent Traffic Regulation Orders (TROs),
the public notice consultation details for these are published on the

Please find attached a distribution list of the statutory consultees for
the permanent TROs.
