Thank you for your request for information about public notices and
Enforcment Register.

Your request for information has been considered and I hope the following
will answer your query:

In terms of public notices in relation to planning applications, these are
advertised in the Nuneaton News. In relation to TROs and path diversions,
these are functions of Warwickshire County Council and therefore it is
suggested you contact them for further information.

In response to your enquiry regarding the Enforcment Register, this is not
available online. The following Enforcement Notices were served in
2016/2017:

Ref no. 1/16.  Amalfi Pizza, 1 Abbey Green, Nuneaton CV11 5DR. Without
planning permission operating Hot Food Take-Away (A5).

Ref no. 2/16. Weston Lawn Fisheries, Bedworth Road, Bulkington CV12 9JA.
Without planning permission change of use of barn from an
agricultural/biomass use to a mixed use for Biomass, A3 (café and
restaurant), A5 (hot food takeaway) and B8 (storage and distribution) in
Green Belt.

Ref no. 3/16. Weston Lawn Fisheries. Without planning permission erection
of extension to front of barn to house vending machines and erection of
extractor chimney to roof of barn in Green Belt.

Ref no. 4/16. 144 Plough Hill Road, Nuneaton CV10 9NY. Without planning
permission the change of use of the two storey side extension from
residential use ancillary to the use of the dwellinghouse to use as a
separate dwelling.

Ref no. 1/17. Poppys  Venue, Stafford Close, Bulkington.  (formerly known
as Bulkington War Memorial Club). Without planning permission erection of
smoking shelter.
