Public monetary award against West midlands police

We're waiting for Mark Taylor to read a recent response and update the status.

Dear West Midlands Police,

I read an article that had an audio recording by a man named Neil Wilkes from the West Midlands saying he was suing West Midlands police for £75,000.
I later read an article by an associate of the aforementioned man, that he had in fact, ‘SUED’ West Midlands police for more than 3 times that value, which suggests at least £225,000!
As this has been publicly announced and as this is “TAX payers money“ that alleged to have been awarded, I am asking for you to provide information to relating to how much money this man has been awarded from West Midlands police, and what the awarded money was awarded for.
If it is not possible to provide the information requested due to the information exceeding the cost of compliance limits identified in Section 12, please provide advice and assistance, under your Section 16 obligations, as to how I can refine my request to be included in the scope of the Act. In any case, if you can identify ways that my request could be refined, please provide further advice and assistance to indicate this.
I look forward to your response within 20 working days, as stipulated by the Act.
If you have any queries, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
Yours faithfully,
Mark Taylor

Yours faithfully,

Mark Taylor
