Public intoxication arrests in Northampton

Northamptonshire Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner did not have the information requested.

Dear Northamptonshire Police and Crime Commissioner,
I am writing to you under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to request information from the Northamptonshire Police and Crime Commissioner.

1. How many people were arrested in Northampton between, and including the 25th of November and the 31st of December 2017 for public intoxication?

2. How many people were arrested in Northampton for public intoxication between, and including the 25th of July and the 31st of August 2017?

3. How many people were arrested in Northampton between, and including the 25th of November and 31st of December 2016 for public intoxication?

4. How many people were arrested in Northampton for public intoxication between, and including the 25th of July and the 31st of August 2016?

If it is not possible to provide the information requested due to the information exceeding the cost of compliance limits identified in Section 12, please provide advice and assistance, under your Section 16 obligations, as to how I can refine my request to be included in the scope of the Act.

In any case, if you can identify ways that my request could be refined please provide further advice and assistance to indicate this.

I look forward to your response within 20 working days, as stipulated by the Act.

electronic records, I have established that the information you requested
is not held by the Office of the Northamptonshire Police and Crime
Commissioner.

 

The Office of the Northamptonshire Police and Crime Commissioner (OPCC)
