Public health expenditure

The request was partially successful.

Dear Department of Health,

On 7 February 2012 DH published the first estimates of baseline public health spending for the new public health commissioning architecture, based on returns from PCTs of actual spend in 2010-11.

1. Please provide a spreadsheet showing these estimates for each Local Authority area, anotated with any subsequent revisions to individual LA area's spend since Feb.

2. Please provide a spreadsheet of latest estimates of actual spend in 2011-12 for each LA area.

3. Please provide a spreadsheet of latest anticipated spend in 2012-13 for each LA area

Yours faithfully,

J Wilson

Dear Department of Health,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Department of Health's handling of my FOI request 'Public health expenditure'.

I feel that the holding back of updated, more accurate, information on part (1) is not in the public interest.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address:

Yours faithfully,

J Wilson

Dear Department of Health,

Thank you for this reply. The information on the website is presented by PCT rather than LA area. Please can you provide a look-up table for these, or alternatively re-present the data in terms of LA areas. Thanks.

Yours faithfully,

J Wilson
