Public council assets being used for private purposes

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Bristol City Council should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Bristol City Council,

Thank you for your response to FOI, your ref 29146337 . In your reply you stated that the Mayor's personal appointments are "only tracked in Outlook for security/diary management". I assume that for security and diary management purposes that the Mayor's location between 2pm and 5pm on 6th July was recorded on his outlook calendar. This is subject to scrutiny under Freedom of Information legislation. Please tell me whether the appointment in question this is recorded as being on city council premises or not.

Please provide details of any publicly funded staff members of Bristol City Council's Mayor's office also have or had this appointment to attend the mayor to the Tom Bromley interview in their outlook calendars, or attended.

Yours faithfully,

Geoff Lansdown

Dear Bristol City Council,
