1.Now that the public toilets in Tullibody and Tillicoultry have to be closed and marketed for sale, can you tell me if the buildings in question have already been sold?

2.If they have been sold, I would like to know who to and for how much in total? Or how much each building was sold for serparatly.

3. If they have not yet been sold, can you tell me the closing date for bids to buy both buildings?

4. when these building are sold, where will the money go? will it go to roads, 3rd sector, pensions etc?

5. How much will Clackmannanshire Council take in from the rates/Council tax from these buildings once sold, per year?

6. What is the total in wages currently being payed to employ people to work in these toilets? Total from the last 5 years please.

7. Maybe these buildings are not going to be sold but be put out for let, can you confirm this?

Dear Ann Dickson,

Thanks for the reply but your answer to question 7 has me confused as i got a reply from Mary Davis telling me this in an earlier FOI request, and i quote.....

"The public convenience building will be marketed for sale rather than
demolishing"

I seem to be getting two different answers, can you clear this up?

Yours sincerely,

b ovens

I apologise for this. The response you received from me was the correct
one. I have spoken to the other department. Please ignore their
response.

Dear Ann Dickson,

Thanks for clearing this up, i will be watching what is happening with these buildings as i would hate to see them going to waste and get vandilised. Will there be updates in the local paper as to what is happening, or will i need to put in monthly FOI requests to receive information and updates? Thanks again.

Yours sincerely,

b ovens

Probably better to contact your local councillor, whoever he/she may be, on regular occasion to ask what is happening rather than clogging the council system up with numerous FOI requests.
