Please will you kindly provide a copy of any formal report/presentation/information papers on the 'public consultation' formulation and outcomes as presented to the PCP.

Failing the availability of any such formal report/document; then I would much appreciate being provided specific details of the 'public consultation' agents, process, adjudication/validation methodology and all such information and breakdown on the consultee numbers, responses, data, findings and conclusions that determined the PCC's judgement and final decision.
