Public Car-Parks

Dear Liverpool City Council,

I was wondering if you could tell me the number of parking spaces in each public car-park owned by the council; the opening hours of each car-park; The payments accepted at each car-park eg; Cash, Visa Debit Card etc; The amount collected through parking fees in each of these car-parks in the calendar years of 2011,2012,2013 and to-date in 2014; If each car-park is manned at all times; if so is the attendee a council employee or from an agency; if from agency please supply name of companies that provide personnel; The amount and percentage of funding that was collected through parking charges were reinvested in maintenance of the car-parks.
