3) How much does SDC spend on public bins?
4) How much has SDC spent on public bins each year for the previous five years?

I would just like some clarity on what 'REMOVED' means in the spreadsheet:
1) Is it referring to both the number of dog and litter bins removed, or just one type?
2) What timeframe is it in reference to? I.e. is it removed in the last year? Removed since 2013? etc.
