As far as you are aware, do any public authorities/government departments/local authorities own any unregistered land, or have all such bodies voluntarily registered their land/buildings?

If available, please provide a list of authorities/departments which haven't yet registered all their land.

Dear Mr Fairchild,
Thank you for your enquiry.
Not all land in England and Wales in registered.  Land Registry holds
details of registered owners of registered land or property. Unfortunately
we cannot give information relating to unregistered land.
Land Registry does not hold information as to whether all public
authorities/government departments/local authorities have registered all
of the land in their ownership.
