Pub and Bar waste collection
Dear Islington Borough Council,
1. What pubs in the borough make the most money?
2. How often do you collect waste from some of the largest/most popular pubs and bars?
3. What pubs and bars in the borough create the most waste (such as bottles and cocktail decorations) etc? And is this recyclable?
4. Once the waste has been collected, is an active effort made to recycle the bottles, glasses, disregarded cocktail decorations etc? / How do you ensure that drink wastage from pubs is sustainably recycled and destroyed?
I would prefer to receive this information electronically, preferably as a PDF.
If the decision is made to withhold some of this data using exemptions in the Data Protection Act, please inform me of that fact and cite the exemptions used. If some parts of this request are easier to answer than others, I would ask that you release the available data as soon as possible.
