Dear [Name Removed],
Further to your query to the University and five others we have received from you with the same wording and to ensure we provide the correct information, I would be grateful if you could clarify the following:
Can you clarify whether the scope of your request for applicants, interviews, offers, and test scores for each of these metrics includes data by school type and then data by gender and ethnicity within each school type?
If we do not receive a response within two months, we shall regard the request as closed.
Yours sincerely,

Dear University of Oxford
Thank you for your acknowledgement of this request and the additional 5 others.
You are correct that we would please ask you to provide the data first separated by school type and then separated by gender or ethnicity within each school type.
However, please fulfil each request independently where 4 tables (one for each request) should be finally provided. Where both raw marks and point-based score are both available, please present both data in adjacent columns/rows within the same table.
Please also provide this data for the past 5 complete application cycles and home undergraduate applications only.
I hope this clarifies any queries. Please do not hesitate to ask for further clarification.
I would appreciate a confirmation of receipt of this message.
Yours sincerely,
