Dear Information Management Services,

Many thanks for your reply.

Seems somewhat odd that Norfolk County Council can supply me correctly with the figures that I have requested, see https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/p... , yet Suffolk County Council say that such information is not held and that I am to contact Suffolk Clinical Commissioning Groups, of which will hold such information.

Hmmmmm.

Yours sincerely,

Dave Darby

Suffolk County Council will not comply with your request and will do everything it can to challenge your ability to keep good mental hygiene whilst you attempt to access the data that you have sought under The Freedom of Information Act.

1) They have never co-operated with any of my Subject Access Requests or Freedom of Information Requests.
2) The council has never best progressed any of the FOI's that I have made in private and use every tactic to stall my efforts under UK data law.
3) You may notice that not one of your letters will be signed and that nobody will take responsibility for the evasive correspondence that staff at Suffolk County Council send you.
4) If you try to complain about the cycle of cover up and maladministration, your complaint will either be side-lined or not upheld.
5) If you ask to view what data the council were viewing when they failed to uphold your complaint about the lack of transparency - the whole vile cycle restarts.

Be warned; one has no Human Rights under a Suffolk council.

We are minions and the Local Government Ombudsman is the next sham .... check out the campaign by the "PHSOthefacts" Pressure Group. It turns out that there is a hidden clause in the law whereby the Ombudsman is under no legal obligation to progress your complaint or even look at it.

Its all "Corrupt By Design" and the British public have been hoodwinked by Parliament on this issue for decades.

As you may well be aware Fiona, various Councils do hold back information of which should be available to the public. I have made various requests on behalf of friends and have obtained such information that my friends have been told isn't available. I am of the opinion, that various Governing bodies, have a list of people that they have been warned about and as such, do not release information to. I have a whistle-blower in Norfolk County Council who is most informative and some of the goings on would make a brilliant film and book. Some goings on have been published in various magazines and will continue to do so.

I have also personally had a Council refuse me information to which I was legally entitled to and them also refusing to deal with my MP in an appropriate manner. Information only released when a "Minister" for a certain department sent a letter to said Council.

When challenged, many will simply use the "vexatious" method as it's their way of covering up matters. I have first hand experience of that.

I sent a request a while back to The Treasury asking how much money was given away in Foreign Aid for year blah blah blah. I was told that they do not keep such figures. I find that very odd considering the tabloids seem to know if say Sudan has received say £50million in foreign aid. Surely not accounting for the money could lead to money laundering?

As for the PHSO, well.......they seem promising when chatting to them on the phone and will slag a Governing body off. I had one lady say to me about my complaint, that without this organisation, she'd probably be out of work. With her comments about said, I actually felt my inquiry would be positive....but oh no! Seems like another cover up.

I feel websites like these are positive as it makes people aware of Governing bodies cover ups and in-competencies.

Have you heard of an Alistair Patterson? I believe he's got a few requests on here. Alistair is a man I have met a few times whilst I was living in Suffolk. You'd be wise to look him up and hear of his horrors with Suffolk County Council.

Lots and lots of Governmental cover-ups.

My comments are without prejudice.
