This was a 100% survey, PSTN healthcheck, for the LICTP Partnership (i.e.
Hinckley and Bosworth Borough Council, Oadby and Wigston Borough Council.
Blaby District Council, Melton Borough Council) and the Leicestershire
Revenues and Benefits Partnership.
