PSA Updated Data

The request was partially successful.

Duncan Carmichael

Dear Crown Prosecution Service,

Could you please supply charging data and subsequent conviction with respect to the Psychoactive Substance Act since May 2016?

Specifically, which intial PSA charges subsequently became Misuse of Drugs Act convictions when the compound(s) in question were moved onto the MOD schedule, e.g. SCRA's.

Also, in total, how many PSA convictions are not Nitrous Oxide based since the inception of the Act?

You kindly supplied data in May of this year, so this is a request for an update on these figures.

Yours faithfully,

Duncan Carmichael
