What developers owe the council money?

Will the Liverpool city council supply all details on the following two development sites in the city of Liverpool?

Developer: Azure Horizon's Ltd BLOK
Building: 60 Vauxhall Road, Liverpool, L3 6DL
£930,332.80

Mr Roger Mann, Cllr Richard Kemp and the editor of the Liverpool echo were all informed last year that [Azure Horizin] was a front and an offshore company, as for [Blok] this too was a front runner in Liverpool by NPG Ltd, Peter McInnes, Antonio Garcia, and seven others.

Blok is not in business and the LLC were told this so why has the Liverpool printed the incorrect information as the real company at 60 Vauxhall Road, is Antonio Garcia
[Pump fields Ltd] and 174 Law solicitors.

1. Please supply the real details of this and not fake ones, the outstanding fees are not due from [Azure] or [Blok] will the LCC please explain now who passed this to the Liverpool Echo.

Developer: Pinnacle
Building: Paramount Building
£377,456.95

2. The paramount building collects over £79,000 per month and will the LCC explain why your office has not yet collected these fees?

3. All information on Pinnacle was sent to your office and to the Liverpool Echo, furthermore BBC Panorama 27th June 2018 did report on this [ exposed]
4. Will the LCC please investigate this and also kindly send this information to the SFO/ NCA in London?

Yours faithfully,
