Dear CST Finance FOI (Corporate Services and Transformation),
Thanks for your reply.
1. All loans were repaid early after Derbyshire County Council exercised the right to serve 7 days notice on Thurrock Council. So why were Thurrock council under investigation for 3 years?
2. So you are saying that all £60 Millions were recovered from Thurrock council?
3. The spreadsheet says "page 1 of 2" but page 2 is nowhere to be found?
Yours sincerely,
Leonard of the Harpin family
Hi,
I have attached the 2 tabs from the excel spreadsheet contained in the original reply, as PDF documents which may make it easier for you to view.
1) All Pension Fund loans repaid and Derbyshire County Council loans due back on 28.4.2023, The question on 'why Thurrock is under investigation for 3 years' it not our question to answer.
2&3) Attached PDF's cover these questions.
I apologise if the original excel document has caused you problems viewing the information.
