Dear Post Office Limited,POL CEO Nick Read told a SPM conference in Glasgow that the business is writing off a million a month in not pursuing Losses that Horizon has thrown up.1)Is this the case?2)Is the figure accurate3)Why is no effort being made to establish what causes these "losses?"4)Is this a change in policy on dealing with Branch Losses?5)Where does the budget for this operation come from?6)Is Fujitsu making any contribution and if so what %?7)Is your shareholder aware of this new procedure?

Yours faithfully,
