With reference to relevant parts of JSP 440 which I will not specify on a public site.
I have on several occasions become aware that uninvited mounted members of the public have trespassed (in some cases repeatedly) onto MoD property, despite fencing, security gates and security notices clearly stating that access is restricted to authorised personnel.
As a security-cleared individual, I have contacted MGS to alert them to such trespass and they have taken appropriate action to remove intruders.
Please advise if documentation exists as a caveat to any part of JSP 440 which permits:
1. Fox hunts such as the Warwickshire to access MoD sites such as Kineton at will.
2. In the case of the Royal Artillery hunt, serving personnel to bring hunt civilian riders, terriermen and foot followers onto MoD property without appropriate security clearance or signing-in/Escorted Visitor badging at a guardhouse.
If no such authorised caveat exists, I would be happy to provide via direct email further details of these matters to relevant persons for internal investigation.
