Provisional
Dear Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency,
I am a an afghan asylum seeker and i have a work permit ARC card and i have my own country passport as well and i have my national insurance number which the Home Office gave me and i have a permanent work contract in a care home. The care home is far away from my house, there is no bus sevice or bus routes near work place, and it is impossible for me to arrive time for my college classes. Therefore I would like to apply for a provisional license. Can i applay for it If that is possible. My case has not been refused ayslum but waiting on a decision.
I would be very grateful to receive a response.
Yours faithfully,
Ahmad
