Provision of Drainage Services

The request was successful.

Dear North East Combined Authority,

I would be most grateful if you would provide me, under the Freedom of Information Act, details of what current/live contracts exist for the provision of drainage and/or drainage related services.

This could include the clearing, cleaning, investigation (CCTV), repairing and installation of drainage systems (to include septic tanks and gullies) and drain lining within, highways, social housing stock and other council owned properties.

Please include both framework and direct contract arrangements.

The details I require are:
• Start date & duration of framework/ contract including any extension periods.
• Value of each framework / contract. Suppliers who were successful on each framework / contract.
• Actual spend on each contract / framework from the start of the contract to the current date.
• Has a decision been made yet on whether each framework /contract are being either extended or renewed?
• Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for each contract / framework?
Thank you for your help.

Yours faithfully,

Paul Beswick

Data Protection Officer,

Dear Mr Beswick,

Thank you for your enquiry as below.  Your request has been actioned under
the Environmental Information Regulations 2004: the Combined Authority has
no contracts for the provision of drainage and/or drainage related
services and so is unable to answer your enquiry.

If you have not already done so, you may wish to refer your enquiry to the
councils in the Combined Authority’s area, which are Durham County
Council, Council, South Tyneside Council and Sunderland City Council -
each of which may hold information to their geographical areas.

I hope this is helpful.

Yours sincerely,

Deputy Data Protection Officer
