Provision of Continence products via a home delivery service to the Trust
The details we require are:
• The start date and duration of the current contract
• The actual value of the current total contract?
• The company which was awarded the current contract?
• Who is the current procurement lead on the contract?
• Who is the clinical lead on the contract?
• Is there an extension clause in the contract and, if so, the duration of the extension?
• How many patients on the current contract receiving home deliveries?
• Is the provision of the delivery service (to the patient’s home) separate to the supply of products and if so, who provides this service?
• What is the value of the delivery element of this contract if funded separately?
• Was there a separate tender for this element of the service?
• Has a decision been made on whether the contract is being either extended?
• Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for this contract and what are their contact details?
