Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

Please can you provide a copy of the information (Condition insight report [CIR] and any other background information about Sodium Valproate Spectrum disorder) that is, has or will be made available to assessors who are making PIP or DLA decisions for people whose disability is related to exposure to Sodium Valproate (Epilim).

Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

Thank you for the information that you have provided but you have not provided the documentation in relation to Sodium Valproate. My understanding is that a Sodium Valproate specific CIR is available to assessors already, if this is in a draft document please can you provide a copy of this and then send me the finalised copy when it is available.

Yours faithfully,

Charlie Bethune
