1) A copy of the Risk Assessment completed by North Yorkshire Police requesting for the protester removal;

2) copies of any communications which requested any other police forces to assist NYP;

3) confirmation of who is responsible for actioning this request in NYP.

4) Please provide a Working At Heights Risk Assessment, details of the competent individuals whose training is sufficient to carry out the removal, and the name and role of the individual is who is deemed competent to assess the scaffolding structure once erected.

5) Please provide the operational report which demonstrates :
'Once the tower is built it must be inspected by a competent person before it is first used
at suitable intervals depending on the environment and use every time something happens that may affect its stability or safety' as stated on HSE website:

6) Please state what training is provided to individuals undertaking this work, the date of the training session(s) and the training provider, in order to comply with 'The Work at Height Regulations 2005' and HSE requirements.

7) A summary and breakdown of all costs associated with the operation.

I am doing everything within my power, lawfully, to persuade the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) to place the Civil Disclosure Unit that serves North Yorkshire Police, and its PCC, into the ICO's monitoring scheme.

There are industrial scale breaches of the Act every year, by NYP/NYPCC CDU in terms of operating outside the 20 working day limit. Quality of finalisation is often below standard required, and they pick and choose how, when to respond to requesters based primarily on potential reputational damage to their police force.
