Thank you for your email

I can confirm that we hold information that is relevant to your request, however we are still considering our position as to whether the information is exempt from disclosure under a limitation as detailed in our transparency code.

We are considering the following limitation:

•Qualified limitation 17: Information which could prejudice law enforcement or the exercise by us of our statutory and public functions. Prejudice to our functions includes harm to specific investigations or to our ability to regulate and may include having a wider impact such as discouraging people from cooperating with us.

We therefore need to extend the deadline by an additional 20 working days in order to consider the public interest test.

The new deadline for us to now issue our response is by 23 March 2020, although we expect to be in a position to respond earlier than this.

Once we have completed our consideration of the public interest test we will write to you with our full decision.
