Protecting vulnerable people

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Prime Minister's Office should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Prime Minister's Office,

I seek important advice and perhaps help in making this happen.

I am looking to prevent police forces notably Essex police from arresting anyone for NOT raping vulnerable people.

I am currently at the appeals process with the IOPC but the IOPC do not offer services of preventing police forces from arresting people for NOT raping vulnerable people.

I assure you the people of the UK do not believe the government should be giving police forces "special powers" to arrest anyone for NOT raping vulnerable people.

I am seeking assistance and assurances to take this type of power away from all police forces across our country.

Yours faithfully,

Dave Langdon

Dear FOI Team Mailbox,

I apologise if this is the wrong source to contact in regards to protecting vulnerable people.

I would be most grateful if you can give me direction for which department to contact as I currently have no police force to address my concerns.

Yours sincerely,
