!Freedom of Information,

Dear S R James

Freedom of Information (FOI) Reference No: 165-15-015

I write in connection with your request for information received 7 January
2015 concerning:

Is your force following the 2011 ACPO Strategy Supporting Operational
Guidance for Policing Prostitution and Sexual Exploitation.

The FOI Act requires public authorities to comply with all requests
promptly and within 20 working days, but the legislation (S.10 (3)) also
allows for this to be extended for a reasonable time when considering a
qualified exemption and considering the public interest test.

I am writing today to advise you that the matters under consideration have
not yet been finalised and I am unable to give a final response to your
request at this time.  From an initial review of the information held, it
is clear that the following exemptions will need to be considered:

Section 31(1)(a)(b) Law Enforcement

I would expect to be able to send a final response within a further 20
days but will keep you updated if that is not the case.

Regards

Fiona
