Dear Post Office Limited,Can you say how many SPM's you prosecuted between 1990 and 1999?Can you say how many SPM you prosecuted between 2000 and 2009?What is the % increase in the latter figure?What % of 1990-1999 convictions were overturned?What % 0f the latter figure were overturned?

We are aware that in the response letter we sent to you on 24 March 2023,
there was a human error made in the calculation of the percentage
provided, because this was not based on comparable data. We sincerely
apologise for this and are in the process of correcting the response for
you.

 

This will take some time whilst we carry out some verification checks but
