Prosecutions for fly tipping and rubbish dumping in Westminster

We're waiting for Tim Allan to read recent responses and update the status.

Dear Westminster City Council,

Dumping of rubbish and fly tipping is a problem in the Harrow Road and Queens park wards?

Can you tell me how many penalty notices and successful convictions for both fly tipping and dumping over the last 5 years within these two wards.

This FOI request is to assess how effective Westminster council is in pursuing people who dump rubbish in the street, whether they be residents or commercial operators fly tipping.

Yours faithfully,

Tim Allan
