We respond to requests under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and
Environmental Information Regulations 2004.

 

I attach a spreadsheet which includes details of successful prosecutions
by the Environment Agency related to pollution of watercourses by
firefighting chemicals of incidents since 1 October 2006.
