Dear Health and Safety Executive,

Please can I request any recorded information relating to the prosecution of Foodles Ltd for the accident which occurred to Mr Harrison Ford on the set of "Star Wars The Force Awakens" in 2014.

In the event that exemptions or the cost limit applies, please can you advise on how I can revise my request so that I might be able to receive some recorded information about the case.

Yours faithfully,

John Smith

Dear Health and Safety Executive,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Health and Safety Executive's handling of my FOI request 'Prosecution of Foodles Ltd'.

While I accept that there is some information about the case already in the public domain, the HSE's prosecution of the case must have generated more recorded information, for example internal and external correspondence about the case and possibly meetings about the case. At the very least, instructions would have passed between the HSE and your legal representatives.

The information in the public domain does not fully answer my request and therefore I ask that you conduct an internal review. As part of your response, please can you provide a description of the recorded information which is held by the HSE on this case.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/p...

Yours faithfully,

John Smith
