Prosecuting SPM's

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Post Office Limited should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Post Office Limited,Did you ask ICL/Fujitsu if Horizon evidence alone would pass the evidential test for prosecution to proceed?Did you ask the MOJ this question?Did you ask the DPP if it was acceptable?Did you confirm with your IB that the checks and balances would be met?Did you ask your inhouse legal teams if proceeding was compatible with a likely Court Room outcome?Did you seek any external advice, perhaps even from Government to pursue these Prosecutions-most of which are now being overturned?

Yours faithfully,

john o'sullivan
