Dear Mr Chapman,

 

Thank you for your recent request for copies of written correspondence
between Sport England and external parties regarding the proposed skate
park at Charlton Park, SE7.

 

We have now considered your request, and in response attach copies of all
relevant correspondence concerning the proposed development held by Sport
England. Please note that we have removed a number of names, email
addresses and telephone numbers from the correspondence. We consider this
information to constitute personal data which is exempt from disclosure
under s40(2) of the Freedom of Information Act. Disclosure of this data
would be neither fair nor lawful because the individuals concerned have a
reasonable expectation of privacy and would not expect Sport England to
share their personal information publicly.

 

This completes our response to your information request. I hope that the
attached information will prove useful.
