Dear Welsh Government,

Ken Skates has written to Assembly Members in Wales advising that twelve railway stations have been selected for further analysis. Please can you provide the following.

The letter that was sent to the Assembly Members
The full list of 46 railway station proposals that were considered
How these 46 railway station proposals were identified
The report/analysis that was used to shortlist from 46 proposals to 12
Please can you advise of any third parties who were engaged during the first stage
Please can you advise if payment and/or meetings have taken place and provide quantities
Advise who will be leading stage 2 of the analysis and when it is expected to be completed by
