Dear Jane Hay,

Thank you for this information. Could you please advise me about the dates (prior to the close of the public consultation on the proposed Local Plan) of the relevant documents concerning the release of Green Belt protections. This is asked since the documents you have suggested I could inspect appear to have been issued after the close of consultations with the public. It would be helpful if you could be specific about which document(s) was (were) available prior to the close of consultation with the public at large.

Yours sincerely,

Gerald Rigler

Dear Mr Rigler

Information request DC0649

Thank you for your further follow-up email of 28 August 2019 in which you
asked:

public consultation on the proposed Local Plan) of the relevant documents
concerning the release of Green Belt protections. This is asked since the

after the close of  consultations with the public. It would be helpful if

to the close of consultation with the public at large.

Planning has provided the following response to your points above.

A Green Belt Review paper was published alongside the Options Consultation
in 2016 and was available throughout the consultation period, from 9 June
to at least 12 August 2016. I use the term 'at least' as consultation
documents were not necessarily taken down immediately.

A further green belt evidence paper was published as part of the
pre-submission consultation between 22nd October and again 'at least' 3rd
December 2018 and submitted to the Inspector (SD51) as part of the
examination, along with an updated study (SD24)
