Thank you for your request for information received 03/05/2016 concerning
VICARAGE ROAD, LLANGOLLEN.

A meeting was held on 30^th September 2015 at the request of the developer
to discuss the proposals for the site.  Also in attendance were the Local
Members for Llangollen, Stuart Davies and Rhys Hughes as well as Matt
Gilbert (planning consultant). There were other representatives from
Castlemead present at the meeting.  The meeting was informal and no notes
were taken.  Telephone conversations are not recorded by the Council. 

The request made in an email, by Matt Gilbert, to hold the meeting is
attached.

Further to previous correspondence and further investigation I can now
confirm the following:
I can confirm that a Highways Engineer did not attend the meeting on 30th
September 2015.

Mike Parker, a Senior Engineer from the Council, did attend a separate
meeting with the owner of Castlemead and his agent, prior to this date.
The date of this meeting is not recorded and no notes or minutes were
taken during the meeting.

I confirm that we hold no notes or minutes for either meeting under
Section 1 (1) (a) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
