East Devon District Council did not have the information requested.

Dear Ms Symington,

I would like to make a formal request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. I am also making this Request under the Environmental Impact Regulations 2004 which require disclosure on the part of Local Authorities.

This request is being made in parallel with another related request:
https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/p...

This request follows on from a similar but not identical request made on 3rd January 2015:
https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/c...

I understand that I am permitted to ask for similar information:
https://ico.org.uk/for-organisations/gui...

Not only has a considerable amount of time elapsed since I made the earlier request, but further documentation has been produced, some of which has been made available and which will be referred to during the Cabinet meeting of 6th April 2016.

I would therefore be grateful if you could consider my requests:

1. What are the costs for the proposed new-build headquarters at Heathpark, Honiton?
In your reply of 9th February 2015, you referred to Regulation 12(5)(e).

2. What work has been carried out by the District Council to determine the value of the proposed new headquarters at Heathpark, Honiton once they have been built?
In your reply of 9th February 2015, you stated that “We will be in a better position to advise on the value once a design has been prepared and accepted.”
I understand that the such a design is well-advanced and therefore you should be in a better position to advise.

3. Is the estimated value of the current East Devon Business Centre at Heathpark, Honiton still as stated in your reply of 9th February 2015?
Namely, “The Asset Valuation for the EDBC dated 1/4/10 was £369,000 for the land and £681,000 for the building.”

Thank you.

I look forward to hearing from you within 20 working days.

Yours sincerely,

Jeremy Woodward
