Proposals to monitor and evaluate the operation of PD51ZC
Dear Ministry of Justice,
On 1 June 2022 PD51ZC comes into force for all Small Claims cases issued on and after 01.06.22 and allocated to the six Pilot Courts. My requests are:
a) Is it intended to monitor and evaluate (M&E) the Pilot;
If so,
b) What data will be collected from the Pilot Courts to support the M&E exercise;
c) Will an interim report on the Pilot using the outcomes of the M&E exercise be published after the half way point, June 2023?
Thank you.
Yours faithfully,
Tony N Guise
