Proportion of adults of working age that do not pay income tax

Dear Her Majesty’s Treasury,

I am requesting information on the following:

1. The absolute number of adults of working age whose status exempts them from paying income tax for any reason.

2. The absolute number of adults of working age with a registered disability who do not pay income tax.

3. The proportion of able-bodied adults, of working age, who do not pay income tax.

4. The mean income of able-bodied adults of working age who do not pay income tax.
