Dear Cheshire West and Chester Council,

Thank you for responding to my request for information regarding the following property

'Woodbank Farm'
Whitchurch Road
Rowton
CHESHIRE.
CH3 6AF.

I have conducted a thorough search through all the planning/building applications submitted to the department but fail to find anything on the property in question.

I would therefore like to know why this site is currently under demolition and without any planning permissions submitted, let alone approved, who has the authority to undertake any such work?

I have done my own research into this property for genuine reasons that I cannot disclose but any information I can obtain and you can provide under the FOI 2000 will be greatly appreciated.

Hopefully this will be accepted as a continuation from my initial FOI request but I will gladly open a new request if necessary.

I also understand there maybe a delay during these unprescendented times so await patiently for your response.

Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Yours faithfully,

Miss Jary
