Thank you for your email of 19th January 2021 in which you requested the purchase date and transaction value of Crabmill Farm, Waste Lane, Balsall Common CV7 7GG in 2020.

Your request has been dealt with under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

I have searched our systems for the address and the title number for the address is WM898360, this will make it easier to identify moving forwards.

Please see responses to your requests below:

1. On the 23rd June 2020 an application was made on behalf of The Secretary of State for Transport, however the priority for this application expired on the 03rd August 2020 and our systems state that this application could not be validated. There is a current application that is awaiting processing for this title number which was filed on the 05th January 2021 on behalf of The Secretary of State for Transport.

2. Under section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (the Act), we are not required to provide information in response to a request if it is already reasonably accessible to you.
The information you have requested is available to you under our statutory protocol under section 66 of the Land Registration Act 2002 and the Land Registration Rules 2003.

S21(2)(b) of the Act states that information is reasonably accessible if “it is information which the public authority or any other person is obliged by or under any enactment to communicate (otherwise than by making the information available for inspection) to members of the public on request, whether free of charge or on payment.”
This means that section 21(2)(b) of the Act applies to your request.

Transfer - 05/01/2021
