Dear I Shah,
Thank you for your enquiry dated 18 November 2016, which was forwarded
from our Head Office under the Freedom of Information request (F.O.I.).
Your request is not classed as a FOI request as it is available as of
right under the Land Registration Act 2002 or the Land Registration
Rules 2003.
You are able to obtain the information by ordering historical editions of
the title registers for £7:00 per item, using form [1]HC1.
Please find below, a list of the property's title numbers and the edition
dates you require to complete the HC1 form:-

* As to the Freehold estate
* NGL286241. The property was first registered on 07.07.1976 and has had
no change of ownership. The first electronic version available is 29
April 1992.
*
* As to the Leasehold estates:-
* NGL342976. First registered on 28.12.1978. The first electronic
version of the register available is 14.12.1992 and there was a change
of ownership in 1993. The edition date to order will be  01.06. 1993.
* NGL772406. First registered on 06.05.1999 with no change of ownership
to current date.
* NGL797953. First edition available 03.05.2001 and change of ownership

register available as 31.03.1993 and no change of ownership up to the
current date.

If you wish to order the most current edition of the register you may
either Order title plans or registers online :-
If you have an address or [2]title number  for the property, you may use
our [3]online property search.
Enter the postal address or title number of the property and once you have
registered for the service you can view and download an electronic copy of
its title register.
It costs £3 for the title register and £3 for a title plan, payable by
major credit or debit cards. The title register you download won't be an
'official copy' of the register so it can't be used as evidence in a
court.

Order title plans or registers by post
Alternatively, you can request an official copy of the register by
completing [4]form OC1 and posting it to us. Enter the details of the
land/property and the title number if you have it, then enter your own
details into the applicant fields. Official copies are admissible in court
as evidence. The fees for this service are £7 for an official copy of the
title register and/or £7 for an official copy of the title plan.
I hope this answers your query, if not you may contact us on the number
below for assistance.

yours sincerely,
