Further to your request received on 03/09/2024, I confirm that the Council
has now considered your request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

Specifically, you have requested the following information:

Please can you provide the organisational structure charts (including
names, job title, email address & contact numbers for Estates, Facilities,
Assets, and place.

This would include the following job titles:

Director, Assistant Director, Head of Service, Service Manager / Senior
Managers, Surveyors and any other relevant posts.

This information is provided on our website and is therefore exempt from
Croydon Council under Section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000,
‘Information reasonably accessible to the applicant by other means’.

Section 21 is an absolute exemption and therefore does not require the
public interests balancing test to be applied. The council can confirm
that the requested information can be accessed through the following link:

It has been the custom and practice for the Council to generally only
release the names of staff down to ‘Head of Service’ level, which the
Council considers meets the Transparency Code issued by the Secretary of
State for Communities and Local Government and as per Section 40 of the
FOIA. Therefore we will not disclose the names of any officers below this
level of authority.  Furthermore the council considers that this position
is consistent with guidance issued by the Information Commissioner,
including a Decision Notice issued in respect of a similar request
