Freedom of Information Act 2000 I am pleased to provide some of the information you have requested. I have enclosed
copies of the information.
I can confirm that the remainder of the information you have requested is held
by London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham. However, I'm unable to give this to
you. The information you requested cannot be disclosed under Section 40(2) of the
Freedom of Information Act (FoIA). It is classified as personal data according to the
Data Protection Act 2018 (DPA).
Since it pertains to someone else, I cannot provide it to you. Disclosing this information
would violate Principle 1 of the DPA, which mandates that personal data must be
processed fairly and lawfully. Specifically, it cannot be used unless one of the
conditions in Schedule 2 of the DPA is met, and in this case, none are. Therefore, this
response serves as a refusal notice under Section 17 of the FoIA.

Please can you provide the organisational structure charts (including names, job title,
email address & contact numbers for Estates, Facilities, Assets, and place. This would include the following job titles: Director, Assistant Director, Head of Service, Service Manager / Senior Managers,
Surveyors and any other relevant posts.
