Property Department -Details of RSPB South Stack/Ynys Lawd Lease 2019

The request was successful.

Dear Isle of Anglesey Council,

On behalf of Friends of South Stack/Cyfeillion Ynys Lawd I would like to ask if the lease between Ynys Môn Council and RSPB has been renewed for the land at Mynydd Twr Ynys Lawd not limited to but including land known as RSPB South Stack/The Range. The lease I am referring to is the renewal of the existing 21year lease that is due to expire.

If so, please can we ask for a copy of the new lease agreement. If the lease has not yet been agreed and renewed, please can we ask for a progress update and to be kept informed of any developments in this area.

I would like to also put on file a notice of interest in the area, so that any developments concerning this land and other South Stack land (including Trinity House/privately owned land) is brought to our attention via email to [email address].

Yours faithfully,

Lisa Hooton
