Dear Sir/ Madam
I am writing in response to your request for information which was
submitted online on 5th March 2010.
I should explain that all Special Delivery Items are tracked using a
specific Barcode reference number specific to each item. Without this
unique barcode reference number we would be unable to confirm delivery of
any Special Delivery Item. Therefore, unless you are able to provide the
barcode reference number of this particular item we will be unable to
investigate this matter further.
In the meantime if you have any other queries or wish to discuss this
matter further, please contact Royal Mail - Customer Service Centre on
08457 740 740
Yours sincerely
John Cere
