Dear College FOI,

I obviously did not write the email quoted but as I understand it ELP refers to a course for senior police officers in Ireland which may or may not have been considered to be equivalent to PNAC/SCC?

Yours sincerely,

Mike Roulston

Dear College FOI,

I have just been told that it is the Garda Executive Leadership Programme

Yours sincerely,

Dear Robert Mannall,

Could I just confirm that you have spotted that I mention the HMICS rather than HMIC

Yours sincerely,

Mike Roulston

Dear College of Policing Limited,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of College of Policing Limited's handling of my FOI request 'Promotion criteria'.

You appear to misunderstood my request and referred me to HMIC who had no part in the email exchange in my possession.

I understand that you have a library where such research reports are likely to be filed regardless of who received individual copies

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/p...

Yours faithfully,

Mike Roulston
