What percentage of catholics who underwent an interview were successful at getting on list to await promotion?
What percentage of Protestants who underwent an interview were successful at getting on list to await promotion?

What percentage of Protestants who applied To the process were Ultimately successful at getting on list to be promoted
What percentage of catholics who applied to the process were ultimately successful at getting on the list to be promoted?

Finally can you advise per rank of eligibility to apply to commence promotion to next rank in terms of time served at previous rank.

FREEDOM of INFORMATION ACT 2000

I write in connection with your request for information dated 29th July
2020 which was received by the Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI)
on 29th July 2020.  I note you seek access to the following information:

Sergeant and Inspector promotion processes 2019

Both of your requests are on the same subject so have been aggregated into
one request.

Given the unprecedented challenges PSNI and other first line emergency
responders face during the coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic we may not be
able to respond to your request within the statutory timescales set out
under FOI and data protection legislation and are unlikely to be able to
respond to email queries about requests in a timely fashion. Please accept
our apologies for this.

We  are working to support partner agencies to ensure critical public
health information is available during this time. Further up to date
information can be found on the public health Agency NI website at:
[1]www.publichealth.hscni.net.

We are asking all requesters to consider re-submitting their requests at a
later date when PSNI has returned to business as usual. This will assist
PSNI to concentrate as much resource in responding to this emergency.
Please can you let us know if you now wish us to close your request. It
would be of assistance if you could let us know if you wish to withdraw
your request at this time by  5th August 2020

We have been in contact with the  Information Commissioner’s Office to
highlight the critical changes that will be required to our business in
the weeks and months ahead. They have let us know that they have made
guidance for the public available on their website relating to requests
being processed during  the Corona virus pandemic .  We will continue to
work closely with the Information Commissioner throughout this crisis
keeping them informed.
